Godoy Cruz is the third most populated city in Mendoza. It is known for having different tourist attractions that combine nature with emblematic landmarks of the city.

At membranding we developed a large-scale regional identity project for the city of Godoy Cruz as part of a bidding process promoted by the Ministry of Culture through the Creative Cities Network program. We conducted workshops with the citizens of Godoy Cruz in order to collaboratively define the city’s identity system.

Talking with the people who live there, we identified the most distinctive elements of their culture -such as the “chori” under the bridge, “el loco Juan”, bicycle mobility and concern for the environment, among others- and reflected Godoy Cruz’s identity in an authentic way.
