Edutrainers is a Dutch startup that provides consulting and advisory services on ICT policies and competencies for educational institutions. They approached membranding to renew their branding so that it aligns with their newly established goals and needs.

We designed an icon that resembles a staircase, which serves as a metaphor for learning as a step-by-step process towards self-development and personal growth, that also encompasses stages, methods, and effort. Additionally, the design reminds of an equals sign, symbolizing a fresh stance on education, where equality now encompasses abilities such as digital skills.

The symbol can adjust to different grids and patterns, offering manifold combinations and possibilities. This adaptability speaks of the collaborative and co-creative nature of Edutrainers’ work at making sustainable learning communities, recognizing that this goal can only be achieved from a dynamic and flexible perspective.
